This project is located in Maple Grove MN. This deck took a lot of thought in the deign period to achieve a good flow. The home is built with a triangle shaped breakfast nook, with sliding doors on both sides we wnted to produce the best option to use both sides. We were able to design the deck to wrap around the triangle area with the majority of the deck on one side. The homeowner expressed the need for low maintenace products, and after looking at all of our options decided on Azek cellular PVC, and aluminum railing. The owners choice of decking and railing color matched great with the rest of the home's colors. We added low voltage lighting to the stairway. We also built out the support posts and added stone to the bottom that matched the stone on the front of the home. We were even able to wrap the mid landing on the stairs for that custom look we strive to achieve.
