homeowners to the completion of a project, owners Bob Januik and Matt
Norden are intimately involved every step of the way. This technological
process and advanced design system make any project with Precision Decks
an exciting, stress free experience.
The Process
When starting any project with Precision Decks, an initial consultation is
set with homeowners to discuss their ideas, wants and needs. During this
consultation Home Owners should determine a budget for the project. After
an in depth meeting Precision Decks goes to work doing what it does best.
The process begins with advanced design software to create a project rough
draft.
During the second consultation, homeowners are presented with concept
designs. For larger projects Precision Decks will also provide a 3-D drawing.
Once a design concept is agreed upon, Precision Decks will present the
homeowner with a final version along with details of the entire project. After
the contract is signed the city package is created which includes every aspect
of the project the city needs to approve the building permit. Precision Decks
handles all permitting obligations.
Begin Construction
Project durations vary depending on factors like size, height, access, weather,
number and types of accessories, and types of materials being used.
Constant communication and updates either by phone, in person or e-mail
will occur during a project. Precision Decks takes great pride in maintaining a
clean environment during a project. Trash is removed multiple times a week.
Upon completion of a project Bob or Matt conduct a walk through with the
homeowners to ensure complete satisfaction. Precision Decks has a 10 year
structural warranty and a one year craftsmanship warranty on all projects.
However, they have never walked away from a job with the customer
unhappy, regardless of time since completion.
