Dear Sir,
I contracted with Precision Custom Decks to build the new two story deck behind my townhome.

I selected this company because they have built several other decks in our neighborhood and I was impressed with the workmanship. I still went out for other bids but none impressed me as much as Precision Custom Decks from a price or design perspective.

The process of building the deck was the smoothest, most pleasant remodel experience I have ever had. They always called to tell me if they were coming or not coming on particular days. They were very knowledgeable on the various material options and even had creative design skills to help me design an architectural design within the deck. Once they started the project, they worked relentlessly until completion. They took no short cuts and clearly quality was their driving principle.

When the inspector came by to check it out, he said it was one of the nicest decks he had ever seen and that the quality of the materials and the way the deck was built was far superior to the minimum requirements. There were never any surprises on the deck and for any challenges that occurred, Precision Custom Decks was proactive in taking care of it without coming back to me to issue more charges.

The company provided competitive pricing, ethical principles, and qualified professional workmen. Their timetable was highly accurate. We also included "Dry B Lo" under the top deck to eliminate water dripping to the lower deck. That was all coordinated by Precision Custom Decks.

I just wish that this company did other remodels because they really have their act together and I would love to use them again.

Precision Decks recently did a tear down and addition to my home. Although, I have been renovating my home for the past year and the inside was nearly complete something was missing. I found Precision Decks and choose to go with them due to the fact that their portfolio was amazing and the words of recommendation were unsurpassed. I had experienced many contractors over the past year and had unreliable and poor craftsmanship experiences. It was a relief to work with a company that was professional, friendly and put out a beautiful finished product. To whom it may concern,
I recently had Precision Custom Decks and Designs build a deck on the backside of my home.  The deck was recently completed and it exceeded my expectations in every way.  The deck has a very custom feel to it and is almost maintenance completely free.  They worked with me on the finishing touches and completed every last detail to my requests.  They were both very professional and made sure that we were completely happy with our deck.
